What the quote covers
A quote from Southshore Pressure Washing covers the labor, the equipment, and the cleaning solution for the scope agreed on the walk-through. It does not include repairs to damaged surfaces, sealing or coating, roof cleaning, or work outside the agreed scope. If a surface needs a different service than the one requested, that is flagged on the walk-through, not added to the price without a conversation.

Once the quote is agreed, the work is scheduled around the weather and the light. The crew arrives on the scheduled day, walks the property one more time with the owner, and starts the work. The form is the first step, the walk-through is the second, and the work follows from there.
