Who we are
Cooper founded Southshore Pressure Washing LLC in 2024, and what started as a one-man operation now serves homeowners across River Ridge and the surrounding Southshore communities. Our philosophy has not changed since the first job: we treat your property like our own and we do not cut corners.
That standard decides how we do the work, who we send to do it, and what we agree to take on. Cooper is often on-site himself, which is how we keep the quality where we want it, and we give you our price upfront with an honest read on what your property actually needs. We have grown by referral and by doing the job the same way every time, not by adding services we cannot stand behind.
How we work
We match the method to the surface
We soft wash fragile faces like siding, screens and painted trim, where a harder stream would cut the finish or force water behind the walls. On concrete driveways, pavers and flatwork we use a directed wash that lifts the gray without scarring the slab.
We work by hand where it matters
We clear gutters by hand and flush the downspouts, and we wash decks and fences with the method the material calls for, whether that is wood, vinyl or painted board.
We route the water away from your plants
We keep runoff off your planting beds, out of the pool and away from the storm drain, and we rinse down what the wash touched before we pack up.
We price it before we start
You get our price upfront with an honest read on what your property needs and what it does not. Cooper is often on the job himself, which is how we keep the standard where we want it.

We take on the work we are set up to do well. If your job falls outside that list, we will tell you during the walk-through rather than stretch to fit it, because holding that line is how every job we do take on gets done properly.
