When exterior cleaning is done right, the surface reads even in color and texture, not patchy or streaked. On siding, the green algae and the dark streaks should be gone, and the original color of the siding should show through without lines where the nozzle was held too close. On concrete, the oil spots and the organic film should be lifted, and the surface should read pale and rough rather than dark and slick. On gutters, the exterior faces should be free of the dark streaks that overflow leaves behind. The edges where the wash meets an unwashed section should be clean, not feathered into a haze. A good wash does not leave water behind siding, does not etch lines into concrete, and does not leave the surface looking half-done. These are the marks to look for in any finished exterior cleaning work, whether it is done by this crew or another.
If a result in the gallery matches the work a property needs, the next step is a walk-through and a straightforward price.
